Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Springman earned a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from Tufts University. He then spent three years as a
Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor with Asea Brown
Boveri, working in a wide variety of manufacturing processes. In 1992,
he left ABB to attend Carnegie Mellon University where he was awarded a
MS in Industrial Administration (MBA) with distintion.
Mr. Springman received his certification in production and inventory
management from APICS in 1995. Mr. Springman received his
certification as a project management professional from PMI in 2004.
Brian
has made supply chain presentations at the annual APICS Conference,
APICS chapter meetings and the Penn State Center for Supply Chain
Research.
