Approach
Our approach is always to deliver the business benefits at the least cost, and to make the client
self-sufficient as soon as possible. To accomplish this, the project is
tailored to each client's specific needs. Some areas where we're
unique:
- We utilize the client's internal project methodology whether it is: Six Sigma, ADM, Re-engineering, etc.
- We utilize the client's personnel as much as possible to minimize costs and to provide
on-the-job training throughout the project.
- We will exhaust the capabilities of the existing
computer systems prior to investing in new systems. Often, the majority
of the benefits can be achieved without major investments in new
technology.
- A network of independent consultants allows us to utilize experienced consultants that best suit the client's specific need.
